David Rourke, M.S.
Director of Training
David Rourke earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Pennsylvania and his master’s at Villanova University. For more than 20 years, he’s worked to provide behavioral support to adults and children with a wide range of diagnoses, including developmental disabilities, autism, brain injury, and psychiatric disorders. He has expertise in functional assessment individuals with challenging behaviors and the development and implementation of behavior support plans to enhance their ability to function. He has served as the Director of several treatment programs and has experience in community, residential, K-12 school (public and private), and inpatient settings.
