Clédia Caberlon, BCBA
Cledia received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Ethnic and gender studies from Westfield State University, where she found ABA and got experience working with children with Autism. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree she worked as direct care staff with adults with Autism for 2 years, where she also gained experience in administration, training, and supervision. Following this experience, she moved to Florida to pursue a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) from Florida Institute of Technology. While in graduate school, Cledia worked with children with autism in early intervention, conducted research, and had two separate OBM internships where she gained experience in performance management, instructional design, coaching, and performance metrics.
