Martin Beukhof - President
Martin Beukhof has been a leader in the information technology
industry for nearly three decades. As an executive at Fingerhut Corporation,
Martin led multi-million dollar, multi-year project efforts including the
company's first e-commerce sites and the development of a nine terabyte data
warehouse. Martin was responsible for application outsourcing efforts both
onshore and offshore, countless system development projects, and has had
management authority over mission critical departments. Martin was recognized
as a Who's Who in Information Technology and has been quoted in CIO Magazine.
Brian Grafsgaard - Director of Professional Services
Brian Grafsgaard, PgMP & PMP, is the Director of Professional Services at Quality Business Solutions (QBS). In June 2007, Brian became the first person in the world to attain PMI’s Program Management Professional (PgMP) credential; fewer than 200 people worldwide currently hold this distinction. Brian has been actively involved with PMI at the local and national levels and was one of thirteen people initially selected by PMI Global to help author the new Program Management certification exam. He is also a charter member of PMI's PgMP Panel Review Board, which approves applications for the credential. Brian has been a practicing PMP since 1998 and has over 22 years of experience leading the development and integration of complex, enterprise-class solutions on multiple platforms as a Program and Project Manager. Brian also has experience implementing enterprise solutions that enable business processes-while lowering total cost of ownership-through the definition and continuous improvement of actionable service catalogs and ITIL disciplines. He was formerly responsible for the business-to-IT service catalog at a Fortune 50/Global 100 company and is ITIL V2 & V3 foundation certified. Brian is a charter member of the Open Source Service Catalog Editorial Board, an online community designed to foster and encourage the use of Service Catalog best practices as the cornerstone for improving IT-business alignment and transforming IT operations to a more service-centric model(www.servicecatalogs.com).
In addition, Brian is very active in the community and was recognized in 2007 as the Volunteer of the Year by Minnetonka Community Education (MCE). Brian is also an active member of Minnetonka School District's 21st Century Skills committee, a group chartered to better prepare students to succeed in the global environment of the 21st century.
